1. Overview
These Terms govern access to heyyumi.ai and related services (including the API and MCP; the 'Service') operated by Hide Me Please, Inc. ('Company'). Signing up for the Service or using an API key or MCP connection constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Scope of service
The Company collects and refines food and drink venue data and provides it as APIs and MCP. The exact scope is published on dedicated product pages.
3. Account and API key
Users are responsible for safeguarding API keys (and MCP connection credentials) issued upon signup. Consequences of key leakage are borne by the user. Limits are enforced per account; creating multiple accounts or keys to circumvent limits is prohibited.
3-1. License grant (scope of rights)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service and response data. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the data and Service are reserved by the Company (or its licensors); you acquire no rights beyond those expressly granted here.
4. Acceptable use
Even within your plan limits, you may not, and may not permit any third party to: (1) systematically or in bulk extract, mirror, or store all or a substantial portion of the data, or use it to build a database or dataset; (2) resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post the data, or build a product, service, or database that competes with the Service; (3) use response data to train, develop, or improve machine-learning (ML) or artificial-intelligence (AI) models; (4) cache or store response data — other than place identifiers (IDs) — beyond what is necessary for the interactive session answering your query, or make permanent copies; (5) remove, obscure, or alter source/copyright/rights notices, or misrepresent the source; or (6) reverse engineer or circumvent access controls or usage limits. For large-scale data needs, use Bulk Export / data licensing. The Company may restrict or suspend access where abuse is reasonably suspected, even if individual requests are within limits.
4-1. Free (Open Season) scope · commercial use
The service is currently in an Open Season. Low-volume, real-time, interactive use by an individual within their own AI tools or agents is provided at no charge. 'Interactive' means real-time lookups to answer a user's question; automated bulk/systematic extraction or accumulation of data does not qualify, even within usage limits. Free use is limited to personal, evaluation, and prototyping purposes. Embedding, storing, redistributing, or otherwise commercially using response data in your own or a third party's product or service requires a separate paid data license. Using a personal free key for company or commercial purposes violates this policy. Open Season's relaxed limits and terms are time-bound; the Company may, after notice, normalize limits or apply charges to commercial use. For commercial or bulk use, please contact sales.
4-2. Usage limits (fair use)
Technical limits apply to prevent abuse and data extraction. Open Season free example: 70 tokens per day (resets at midnight KST), 10 requests per minute, a cap of 3,000 distinct venues over any 30-day window (repeat lookups of the same venue count as one), and a per-request result window. Paid plans carry separate limits. Limits apply per account (not per API key) and cannot be bypassed by duplicating keys or accounts. Limits and policies may change after notice.
5. Limitation of liability
Recommendations are reference information. The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
Material changes are announced 30 days in advance; minor changes 7 days in advance.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
